Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying opportunities to standardise, streamline business processes, and leverage service canters to improve efficiency. 
• Managing and monitoring daily operational processes for failure and ensuring that any failures are resolved. 
• Assisting business customers with scoping out requirements and adopting new solutions.
• Performing testing of new application program releases prior to production release. 
• Promoting reuse of existing solutions.
• Providing advice and support in matters related to solutions design, delivery and implementation.

For this role, you will need to be educated to a degree level or equivalent, have a Business/Finance degree and have expertise in documenting processes, and systems, and have an understanding of insurance-related accounting processes.
