Trainee IT Technician

We’re looking for a motivated Trainee IT Technician to join their Service Delivery team. This is a hybrid role combining office and on-site work, giving you exposure to real-world environments and clients.

Key Role:

• Providing first-line support to a variety of clients
• Managing and resolving support tickets
• Assisting with device setup, onboarding, and offboarding
• Troubleshooting Microsoft 365, hardware, and connectivity issues
• Building your skills with structured training, ongoing feedback, and support
• Working towards recognised Microsoft certifications

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong interest in IT and a genuine passion to grow in support
• Excellent communication and a customer-first mindset
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 (or a willingness to learn)
• A proactive attitude with the confidence to use initiative and escalate when needed
• Willingness to learn troubleshooting and work towards certifications
• Any relevant experience or a driving licence is a bonus
