Design Manager, Innovation & Solution
Join a forward-thinking local legal firm as an Innovation and Solution Design Manager, where you'll be leading digital transformation, exploring emerging technologies, and shaping AI-driven initiatives that deliver real business value.
Working closely with stakeholders, you'll be developing technology roadmaps, designing scalable solutions, improving system integration, and identifying opportunities for greater efficiency, insight, and performance. You'll also be evaluating new technologies, guiding adoption across teams, and ensuring solutions remain practical, sustainable, and future-focused.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience developing technology strategies and solution designs
- Strong understanding of AI, digital innovation, and business systems
- Experience delivering end-to-end technology projects
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex challenges into practical solutions
- Experience within, or a strong understanding of, the trust and corporate services industry
