Service Desk Administrator

Do you have 1-2 years of IT support experience? Do you have a professional qualification i.e. ITIL v4 Foundation Certificate, or equivalent? If so, this Service Desk Administrator role could be a great opportunity for you! 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing on-site and remote account support to resolve technical problems.
  • Managing and prioritising support tickets effectively. 
  • Diagnosing and isolating problems. 
  • Installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware. 
  • Designing user interfaces and working with customers to test applications. 
  • Performing routine inspections. 
  • Processing identity and access management requests.
