Are you a people person, with strong HR administrative skills? An international bank is seeking a Human Resources Officer to support their HR team and employees.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assisting with recruitment 
  • Conducting interviews
  • Liaising with agencies, stakeholders and suppliers
  • Handling onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Offering advice, solving HR problems
  • Conducting first-day induction training
  • Understanding current HR policies and procedures

The role requires up to 2 years' of HR administration experience, including previous exposure working on an HR database, and payroll software. Strong communication and time management skills are essential, as is a willingness to attend HR training and seminars.
