HR Business Partner

Are you a qualified, and experienced HR professional seeking a new challenge? Our client is seeking a HR Business Partner to join their team to support all their employees and provide guidance to senior management relating for all HR related operational matters, aligning with the business strategy and objectives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all HR operational employee relations and engagement
  • Identifying HR trends 
  • Managing the on/offboarding processes
  • Collaborating with managers to advise and manage all HR related issues
  • Providing training for Managers for Performance Management and evaluation techniques
  • Developing recruitment strategies and initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and relevant HR laws

A minimum of 5 years' experience in HR is required, along with a CIPD certificate, or preferably a degree in HR, Business Administration, or Psychology, although this is not essential. In addition, previous experience working with employment regulations across multi-jurisdiction would be highly advantageous.
