HR Coordinator

Do you have experience working in an a HR role? Do you have the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice? If so, this could be an exciting opportunity for you to take on! A provider of investment consulting, manager research, and performance is seeking an a HR Coordinator to assist the Head of HR with the core areas of the HR department. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and reconciling personnel documentation in the HR data system.
  • Maintaining training records.
  • Assisting with annual employee benefit renewals.
  • Processing and reconciling employee expenses reclaims and corporate card expenses.
  • Preparing monthly payroll for review by the Head of HR. 

For this role, you will ideally be working towards or willing to work towards the CIPD Level 5 Diploma in People Management or equivalent.
