Collections Advisor

Are you able to manage payment plans and enforce them? Are you capable of assessing situations regarding gas supply disconnections? If so, this role could be a great opportunity for you! 

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers through various channels to address outstanding debts and negotiating payment plans. 
• Preparing standard template letters for customers. 
• Recording accurate meter readings and inputting them into the billing system.
• Visiting customer's properties to disconnect gas supply.
• Managing the implementation and enforcement of payment plans. 

For this role, you will need a clean manual driving licence, as well as being proficient in using computers.
