Working closely with clients and insurers, you'll help secure the best outcomes while maintaining high service standards.

Key Criteria:

• Cert CII qualified, or willing to work towards professional qualifications
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or a customer-facing role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused approach
