Operational Resilience Lead

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Operational Resilience Lead taking ownership of resilience strategy within a regulated environment, ensuring alignment with global standards while strengthening risk, continuity and cyber security capabilities.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading operational resilience governance and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Managing critical functions and disruption tolerances
• Delivering resilience testing, crisis simulations, and recovery planning
• Driving remediation, reporting, and continuous improvement
• Delivering programmes across teams to strengthen resilience and risk frameworks
• Overseeing third-party risk, outsourcing, and cybersecurity activities

Key criteria:

• Bringing 5+ years’ experience in operational resilience, risk, or similar
• Demonstrating strong knowledge of resilience, outsourcing, and risk frameworks within banking
• Managing third-party risk and business continuity planning
• Understanding cyber and information security principles
• Communicating effectively and influencing senior stakeholders
• Working proactively, independently, and remaining level-headed under pressure
