Account Manager

Are you good at building strong client relationships while keeping complex financial processes running smoothly? An international bank is seeking an Account Manager to take ownership of key transactions, including payments, deposits and FX, while proactively engaging clients and delivering a highly personalised service. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll be resolving queries, supporting onboarding, maintaining compliant account records, and contributing to ongoing client reviews and relationship-building activity.

Key requirements:

  • Experience in a client-facing role within banking or financial services
  • Knowledge of FX, custody, credit, and banking
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
  • Proactive, team-oriented approach with good IT skills
  • Understanding of risk & compliance, with regulatory knowledge
