A private bank is seeking a Team Leader to support high-value client relationships while leading and developing a team of Assistant Relationship Managers. You'll be leading and coaching a team, strengthening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, overseeing onboarding and reviews, supporting investment and lending activities, and driving continuous process improvements. Working with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions, you'll be managing operational risk, delivering exceptional client service, and supporting key strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in investments, banking, lending, wealth management, or financial services, alongside proven leadership skills, strong AML/KYC knowledge, and excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Relevant professional qualifications would be advantageous.
