Credit Card Administrator

In this varied and rewarding role, you'll be preparing high-quality application review packs, guiding customers through a seamless digital onboarding journey, resolving card transaction and mobile app queries, assisting with direct debit and repayment arrangements, and helping manage potential fraud-related activity, whilst ensuring daily operations run efficiently and providing an outstanding customer experience.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and confidence using digital systems and technology. Previous customer-facing or banking experience would be advantageous. A positive, proactive approach, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent service will help you thrive in this role.
