Key duties:
- Managing recruitment activity from brief to appointment
- Working closely with managers to deliver timely, quality hires
- Engaging, screening, and assessing candidates
- Maintaining compliance with employment and data standards
- Supporting process improvement across recruitment delivery
Key requirements:
- Experience operating at a senior recruitment level
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practice and employment law
- Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
- CIPD Level 3 essential; Level 5 or working toward it is desirable
