Senior Recruitment Officer

Are you good at delivering effective recruitment solutions in a fast‑moving, people‑centred environment? This Temporary Senior Recruitment Officer role offers a flexible opportunity within a progressive organisation focused on improving hiring outcomes and strengthening talent pipelines.

Key duties:

  • Managing recruitment activity from brief to appointment
  • Working closely with managers to deliver timely, quality hires
  • Engaging, screening, and assessing candidates
  • Maintaining compliance with employment and data standards
  • Supporting process improvement across recruitment delivery

Key requirements:

  • Experience operating at a senior recruitment level
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practice and employment law
  • Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
  • CIPD Level 3 essential; Level 5 or working toward it is desirable
