Onboarding Administrator
Are you passionate about creating a smooth and welcoming experience for new starters? We’re recruiting for an Onboarding & People Administrator to join a collaborative HR team and play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes
- Preparing contracts, managing compliance checks, and liaising with internal teams
- Maintaining accurate HR data and supporting payroll updates
- Responding to employee queries and supporting policy communication
- Assisting with HR projects and initiatives, and process improvements
- Championing a culture of care, collaboration, and trust
Key Criteria:
- Previous experience in HR or People administration
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident with HR systems and Microsoft Office
- Discreet, professional, and proactive in approach
- A CIPD qualification (or working towards) is a plus
