Onboarding Administrator

Are you passionate about creating a smooth and welcoming experience for new starters? We’re recruiting for an Onboarding & People Administrator to join a collaborative HR team and play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Preparing contracts, managing compliance checks, and liaising with internal teams
  • Maintaining accurate HR data and supporting payroll updates
  • Responding to employee queries and supporting policy communication
  • Assisting with HR projects and initiatives, and process improvements
  • Championing a culture of care, collaboration, and trust

Key Criteria:

  • Previous experience in HR or People administration
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident with HR systems and Microsoft Office
  • Discreet, professional, and proactive in approach
  • A CIPD qualification (or working towards) is a plus
