Key Responsibilities:
- Providing a warm welcome to visitors, issuing passes, and managing front-desk reception duties
- Handling incoming calls and messages via the switchboard with professionalism and efficiency
- Coordinating bookings for meeting rooms, travel, taxis, and accommodation
- Supporting the HR team and executive committee with a range of ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Assisting with operational projects, systems development, and testing
We’re seeking a proactive self-starter with excellent multitasking and time management skills. You’ll be tech-savvy, confident in using the Microsoft Office Suite, and someone who sets a positive tone for the team. Full training will be provided, but previous experience in reception or administration is a definite advantage!
