Are you proactive, adaptable, and ready to support a dynamic team? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Workplace Operations Administrator to join a fast-paced professional services business, delivering high-quality service across the organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinating bookings for taxis, meetings, and video/audio conferencing.
- Managing stationery and kitchen supplies.
- Handling post, deliveries, scanning, and filing.
- Supporting with printing, photocopying, laminating, and binding.
- Welcoming visitors and clients, ensuring smooth meeting room experiences.
- Keeping meeting room facilities stocked and equipment running smoothly.
- Assisting with events and providing general admin support.
You’ll ideally have experience with Microsoft Office, a background in admin/reception/facilities roles, and a flexible, team-focused attitude. If you’re organised, approachable, and have a “can-do” mindset, we’d love to hear from you!
