Business Support Assistant/Administrator
Are you highly organised with a keen eye for detail? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Our client is looking for an Assistant/Administrator to join their Business Support team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you’ll take on a diverse range of tasks and projects that support the wider client services teams, facilities, and Reception.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and maintaining monthly operational efficiency and productivity KPIs
- Identifying risks within processes and escalating where needed
- Assisting with user administration on banking platforms
- Supporting with reception duties, including ordering supplies and preparing meeting rooms
- Handling filing, scanning, and general administrative tasks
- Preparing induction materials for new starters
The ideal candidate will have experience in fiduciary services or facilities management, though this isn’t essential; transferable skills are welcome, and full training is provided.
