HR Senior Associate

Are you passionate about data analysis and HR strategy? An international financial services firm is seeking a Senior HR Associate to lead and support employee rewards and recognition initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving key initiatives that enhance efficiency and foster innovation.
  • Conducting market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive reward offerings.
  • Overseeing compensation & benefits programs and contributing to the development of the reward strategy.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date compensation and benefits data.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience with HR systems related to reward and benefits administration.
  • Strong background in reward management (Compensation & Benefits).
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations (desirable).
  • Experience in project or change management (desirable).

The ideal candidate will hold a CIPD Level 3 qualification (or equivalent), have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage multiple priorities. You should be comfortable with regular travel between islands and occasional international trips.
