Key Responsibilities:
- Representing the company at business trips, client meetings, and industry events.
- Acting as a line manager for supervisors, supporting with appraisals and performance reviews.
- Contributing to HR initiatives and to policy development.
- Providing advice and guidance on all HR matters throughout the full employee lifecycle.
- Supporting directors with compliance and HR matters related to crew employment and payroll.
Key Criteria:
- Strong knowledge of the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC).
- Approachable, compassionate, and solutions-focused.
- Able to work to deadlines while maintaining high standards.
- Willing to undertake a leadership qualification to further enhance your skills.
