Assistant HR & Compliance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Representing the company at business trips, client meetings, and industry events.
  • Acting as a line manager for supervisors, supporting with appraisals and performance reviews.
  • Contributing to HR initiatives and to policy development.
  • Providing advice and guidance on all HR matters throughout the full employee lifecycle.
  • Supporting directors with compliance and HR matters related to crew employment and payroll.

Key Criteria:

  • Strong knowledge of the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC).
  • Approachable, compassionate, and solutions-focused.
  • Able to work to deadlines while maintaining high standards.
  • Willing to undertake a leadership qualification to further enhance your skills.
