MLRO & Compliance Manager

Are you an analytical thinker with the confidence to take the lead on compliance and risk matters? Our client, a leading provider of financial and taxation advice, is seeking an experienced MLRO Risk & Compliance Manager to oversee day-to-day compliance and MLRO responsibilities.

In this role, you will:

• Proactively manage compliance frameworks and MLRO duties
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the business
• Advise and support the Board to ensure full compliance with regulatory, legal, and company standards

The ideal candidate will hold an ICA International Diploma or equivalent, with at least 5 years’ relevant experience, have a strong knowledge of regulations and legislation, experience drafting company compliance procedures, and expertise in conducting reviews and producing detailed compliance reports.
