MLRO & Compliance Manager

Are you an analytical thinker with the confidence to take the lead on compliance and risk matters? Our client, a leading provider of financial and taxation advice, is seeking an experienced MLRO Risk & Compliance Manager to oversee day-to-day compliance and MLRO responsibilities.

In this role, you will:

• Proactively manage compliance frameworks and MLRO duties
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the business
• Advise and support the Board to ensure full compliance with regulatory, legal, and company standards

The ideal candidate will hold an ICA International Diploma or equivalent, with several years of relevant experience, have a strong knowledge of regulations and legislation, experience drafting company compliance procedures, and expertise in conducting reviews and producing detailed compliance reports.
