Key Responsibilities:

• Leading AML and compliance frameworks across regulated entities
• Producing board-level reports and managing regulatory registers

• Providing AML guidance on new business and client onboarding
• Mentoring and training staff on compliance standards and procedures
• Ensuring policies are consistently applied and aligned with regulations
• Attending board meetings and contributing to strategic compliance decisions

Key Criteria:

• 5+ years in a senior compliance role
• Relevant professional qualification
• Strong understanding of AML, KYC, and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent communication, judgement, and leadership skills
