Associate Director, Tax

Do you excel at analytical thinking and thrive on solving complex problems quickly? A highly respected fiduciary services firm is seeking an Associate Director to oversee client tax compliance and reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnering with internal teams to deliver expert tax support across operations and transactions
• Leading the preparation and timely submission of all group tax returns
• Collaborating with senior leadership across various jurisdictions to shape and implement tax strategies, policies, and procedures
• Offering in-depth tax expertise to identify improvement opportunities and recommend strategic changes
• Designing and enhancing internal tax policies and frameworks to support compliance and operational efficiency

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree or equivalent experience, along with a CTA qualification. With 8–10 years in tax compliance and team leadership, you’ll bring strong knowledge of tax legislation, regulatory frameworks, and policy development, plus a strategic mindset and attention to detail to drive process improvements.
