Compliance & Operations Administrator
Do you have at least one year of experience in compliance, CDD, or onboarding within a financial services environment? If so, this varied and rewarding role could be your ideal next move! A respected trust company is seeking a Compliance & Operations Administrator, a great opportunity to build your knowledge across compliance, client onboarding, and office operations while being part of a close-knit, supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting senior management with compliance reporting, internal projects, and developing policies and procedures
- Preparing and reviewing CDD/EDD checks and ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Assisting with client onboarding and closure processes
- Providing reception cover, including handling incoming/outgoing post and front desk duties
Key Criteria:
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
- Solid IT skills, ideally with experience in databases and document management systems
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Working towards or interested in pursuing an ICA qualification
