Senior Compliance Manager, MLCO

Our client is seeking a highly organised and experienced Senior Compliance Manager / MLCO to provide strategic leadership and support across all areas of Compliance and Risk.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that both internal operations and client activities adhere to all relevant legal, regulatory, and corporate governance standards. You will play a key part in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risk across the Group, in alignment with Group-wide policies and frameworks.

Key Criteria:

• Proven experience in a senior compliance or risk management role, including previous MLCO responsibility
• Strong understanding of risk mitigation processes and regulatory frameworks
• An ICA Diploma (or equivalent qualification) is essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Membership in a relevant professional or financial body is advantageous but not mandatory
