Operational Risk Manager

Do you have strong expertise in risk management principles, tools, and systems? Can you manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment? If so, a leading international bank is seeking an Operational Risk Manager to join their team.

In this role, you’ll lead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of operational risks across the organisation. Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, maintaining risk frameworks, monitoring exposure, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with stakeholders to provide guidance and drive process improvements.

You’ll manage the full operational risk lifecycle, overseeing strategy, systems, and control implementation, while promoting a strong risk culture across the business.

To be considered, you should have 8+ years of experience in operational risk management and systems, strong knowledge of internal control frameworks, and familiarity with GFSC regulations.
