Account Support Administrator

Do you have good numeracy and literacy skills? Our client is looking for an administrator to join the Client Services team, supporting new account openings and document updates, focusing on data verification.

Key responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and, when necessary, entering data into various systems for all new client accounts.
  • Handling a broad range of client types, including individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships, and charities.
  • Maintaining clear and effective communication with the Front Office and UK onboarding team to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Assisting with data cleansing, project initiatives, and other ad hoc administrative tasks related to the ongoing management of client accounts.

Key criteria:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable to change.
  • Capable of effective prioritisation and managing tasks independently.
  • Knowledge of US FATCA and Common Reporting Standards, and Familiarity with CDD and KYC requirements is beneficial.

The ideal candidate is someone with general banking experience or exposure to interbank operations; however, the role is also open to candidates with no prior experience, as full training will be provided. Those with a few years in an administrative role are also encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately and methodically are essential for success in this position.
