Digital Support Officer

Are you a quick learner, diligent, with a strong attention to detail? A respected financial services company is seeking a Digital and Card Support Officer to provide high-quality service to its clients and Trust structures.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing digital and card-related services, including issuing new Visa cards and supporting clients with mobile and internet banking. You will also assist with system upgrades and enhancements, contributing to related projects and preparing regular reports.

The ideal candidate will be well-organised, proactive, and client-focused, whilst previous experience in financial services is beneficial, it is not essential. However, a strong educational background, excellent communication skills, and a professional manner are key.
