Administrator, On/Off Boarding

Are you motivated, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in fiduciary services? Do you aspire to pursue a professional qualification and gain hands-on experience in the industry? Our client is seeking an Administrator to support the team in managing the smooth transition of new business and closures of existing client structures. You’ll work closely with internal teams, administrators, and external intermediaries to ensure all onboarding and offboarding processes are carried out efficiently and accurately.

Key criteria:

  • Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office
  • High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English at grade C or above
  • A genuine interest in professional development and learning in the fiduciary sector
  • Minimal trust expirience is beneficial but not essential
