IT Service Desk Analyst
Are you naturally inquisitive, thrive under pressure, and have a can-do attitude to your work? A respected provider of specialist fund and trust services is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to enhance its IT support function.
In this role, you will:
- Providing frontline technical support, responding to user queries and issues
- Coordinating with internal IT teams and external IT partners to resolve complex problems
- Maintaining accurate records by logging and updating support tickets
- Conducting daily security checks across key systems
- Setting up and managing user accounts and access controls
Key Criteria:
- 2–3 years’ experience in a similar IT support role
- A keen interest in technology, particularly Cloud computing
- An A-Level or higher qualification in a relevant IT subject
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and a client-focused approach
