IT Service Desk Analyst

Are you naturally inquisitive, thrive under pressure, and have a can-do attitude to your work? A respected provider of specialist fund and trust services is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to enhance its IT support function.

In this role, you will:

  • Providing frontline technical support, responding to user queries and issues
  • Coordinating with internal IT teams and external IT partners to resolve complex problems
  • Maintaining accurate records by logging and updating support tickets
  • Conducting daily security checks across key systems
  • Setting up and managing user accounts and access controls

Key Criteria:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a similar IT support role
  • A keen interest in technology, particularly Cloud computing
  • An A-Level or higher qualification in a relevant IT subject
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and a client-focused approach
