IT Senior Service Desk Administrator

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to assist with daily IT operations, change projects, and hardware/software support whilst also contributing to wider facilities tasks when needed. This role sits within a flexible, multi-skilled team where creativity, energy, and a delivery-focused mindset are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to IT support requests via the Service Desk
  • Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, and network applications
  • Conducting routine system inspections and maintenance
  • Managing IT documentation, including asset registers and internal processes
  • Mentoring and training junior/new staff members
  • Supporting system development, testing, and various IT projects
  • Monitoring IT-related operational risks and ensuring process compliance

The successful candidate will have 2 years’ experience in a similar IT support role, have a genuine interest in IT systems and applications, and be keen to pursue further qualifications, such as through the ITIL pathway. In addition, you will have excellent communication skills, a personable and customer-focused approach, and demonstrate strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
