Business Platform Support Officer

Our client, a leading private bank, is seeking an organised and tech-savvy Business Platform Support Officer to drive strategic initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.

In this role, you'll act as a bridge between management and the business, maintaining operational efficiency, identifying risks, implementing controls, and supporting system upgrades through testing and training. Travel will be required once a month.

Key Requirements:

• 3-5+ years in a business analyst, technical, strategy, or change management role
• Strong IT skills and experience delivering business capabilities
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Banking, operations, or securities experience
