Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong track record in the banking sector to join their team.

In this role, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, identify process automation opportunities, and support project managers and product owners throughout the delivery lifecycle. You'll also develop test plans and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) for system and process changes.

To succeed, you need proven Business Analyst experience, strong analytical skills, and experience in workshops, business cases, and functional specifications. A good grasp of regulatory requirements and the ability to stay organised and manage multiple priorities are essential.
