Key Duties:

• Logging and managing third-party support tickets, escalating as required
• Contributing to ongoing improvements in service quality and operational efficiency

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant qualification or possess equivalent practical experience. A solid grasp of IT infrastructure is essential, including servers, operating systems, storage systems, virtualisation platforms, networking, and security tools.
