Service Desk Analyst
Are you an innovative thinker with 3-5 years of experience in an IT support role? If so, our client, a global online company, is looking for someone to join their IT department and provide support to its users.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring IT equipment and assets are accurately tracked, well-maintained, and readily accessible.
- Resolving IT support tickets via phone, email, and in-person, escalating complex issues as required.
- Maintaining the IT knowledge base, ensuring compliance with IT security standards and best practices.
- Documenting issues, resolutions, and best practices.
- Monitoring IT stock and supplies.
Key criteria:
- Education: Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields, along with certifications such as Microsoft and Azure.
- 3-5 years of experience in an IT support role.
- Experience with reporting trend analysis.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
