Systems Support Engineer

IT Admin Mid Full Time Permanent

Do you have 3–5 years' experience in helpdesk, application support, and server management? A pensions company is looking for a Systems Support Engineer to support users and internal teams by resolving technical issues, maintaining servers, desktops, internal applications, and cloud infrastructure.

Key Criteria:

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft OS, applications, and cloud technologies
  • Hands-on experience with VMware and server virtualisation
  • Familiarity with SQL, database structures, and Citrix
  • Programming experience (desirable)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage at all levels
