Essential Criteria:

• Genuine interest in IT, with a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Criteria:

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
• Familiarity with ITIL or Citrix.
