Assistant Manager

This role deals with private clients and assisting in managing a team of administrators, whilst reporting to and supporting the Team Manager with the day-to-day running of the team and systems.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and intermediaries.
  • Motivate and guide your team to reach their goals while promoting a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Assist in preparing for and attending client meetings, and follow up on action items.
  • Work with the Trust Manager or Director to attend meetings with clients and third parties (e.g., banks, lawyers) as needed

For this role, you will need to have at least 7 years or more experience in Trust and Company Administration, with a strong understanding of financial reports and relevant regulatory requirements. You will need to be an excellent communicator with analytical skills, as well as being able to work to deadlines in a volume-driven environment.
