Trust Administrator
Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee/ Trust Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in trust and company administration. Over time, the successful candidate will take responsibility for a portfolio of clients and gain a clear understanding of their ongoing administrative needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and maintaining statutory records
- Processing payments and handling bookkeeping transactions
- Drafting written correspondence and documents
- Assisting with compliance processes and periodic client reviews
- Filing and maintaining client records
- Liaising with clients and third parties
- Supporting client billing processes
The ideal candidate will be part-qualified or committed to studying towards a relevant professional qualification such as STEP, ACCA, ICSA, or ACA. Experience in an administrative or accounting role is desirable, but not essential. Applications are also welcome from school leavers with strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn and study.
