Senior Trust Administrator

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Trust Administrator to join their team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of clients, developing a deep understanding of their affairs and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the day-to-day administration of a client portfolio, including:
    • Preparing statutory records and written correspondence
    • Processing payments and compliance documentation
    • Handling bookkeeping for administrative transactions
    • Assisting with periodic client reviews and file maintenance
    • Liaising with clients and external parties
    • Managing client billing

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-focused, and confident in managing client relationships. You should have:

  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Solid IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A professional qualification (e.g., STEP, ACCA, ICSA, ACA), part-qualified, or willing to study towards one
