Senior Trust Administrator
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Trust Administrator to join their team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of clients, developing a deep understanding of their affairs and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day administration of a client portfolio, including:
- Preparing statutory records and written correspondence
- Processing payments and compliance documentation
- Handling bookkeeping for administrative transactions
- Assisting with periodic client reviews and file maintenance
- Liaising with clients and external parties
- Managing client billing
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-focused, and confident in managing client relationships. You should have:
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Solid IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A professional qualification (e.g., STEP, ACCA, ICSA, ACA), part-qualified, or willing to study towards one
