Key responsibilities:

  • Welcoming people to the building and ensuring they are either met or escorted to the relevant rooms 
  • Overseeing and supporting facilities management 
  • Providing guidance on Health and Safety issues 
  • Assisting in conducting regular supplier/contractor meetings 
  • Ensuring all booking rooms have correct facilities in working order 
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings
  • Ensuring office and kitchen supplies are maintained
  • Organising training for First Aiders and Fire Warden
  • Travel will be required from time to time
