Temporary Customer Engagement Representatives

Do you have experience in dealing with customer queries? A commercial business is seeking Temporary Customer Engagement Representatives to join their team for 6 months. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Liaising with customers both online, over the phone, and on social media channels
  • Booking reservations or amending reservations for customers
  • Advising customers of delays 
  • Processing payments and refunds
  • Explaining travel rules and regulations

For this role, you need experience in a customer services role, whilst previous experience with customer booking platforms would be beneficial. In addition, good basic IT skills are required, along with the ability to stay calm and work well under pressure. The ability to work a shift pattern including occasional weekends and bank holidays is also required.
