Team Manager Client Services Support

Do you have experience in client onboarding and strong management skills? An international bank is seeking a Team Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of their Client Services Support team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Cooperating with stakeholders to streamline and improve processes and procedures 
  • Ensuring service KPIS are met 
  • Managing the performance and conduct of team members
  • Ensuring staff have the necessary skills and capabilities for their roles 
  • Working with the change team to develop new and improved procedures and processes 
  • Driving process improvements 
  • Providing expertise to the team 
  • Establishing regular statistical reports and preparing presentations
  • Providing support in the development of the front risk management team 

For this role, proven stakeholder management experience is required, along with excellent coaching skills. In addition, a strong understanding of key risks within private banking is required, along with working knowledge of FATCA and CRS.
