Do you have a strong background in risk management? A private bank is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to join their team.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting in the identification of risk scenarios and mitigation measures
- Owning the Control Plan and ensuring its implementation
- Maintaining the Branch Risk Management Framework and Risk Tolerance Framework
- Managing the performance of team members
- Ensuring the team has the necessary skills and capabilities to achieve agreed goals
- Attending and presenting at monthly Risk Management meetings and other Committees
- Developing the ability to provide consulting services to management and staff
- Developing strong working relationships with stakeholders
For this role, a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience is required, along with experience in designing and implementing controls, policies, and procedures. Strong stakeholder management experience and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are also required.
