Compliance Officer, Deputy MLRO

Can you analyse problems and propose solutions? If so, this role might be perfect for you! Our client is seeking a Compliance Officer who can Deputise as MLRO when required and support the Line Manager with all of the day-to-day compliance matters.

In this role, you will ensure all activities are executed in accordance with the regulatory framework, which includes compliance monitoring, training, contributing to updating policies and procedures, maintaining registers, and reporting.

Essential requirements:

• Knowledge of Channel Islands regulations
• Interpret and advise on new regulatory requirements
• Good computer and application understanding
• Previous experience working in financial services (ideally with a compliance team)
• Hold a qualification in either, compliance, risk, governance, accountancy or law
