Senior Accountant Financial Reporting

Are you an experienced Accountant? A financial services company is seeking a Senior Account to join their Financial Reporting Team.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing a timetable for accounts production  
• Compiling the accounts 
• Planning and coordinating the dividend process with clients
• Designing proforma accounts on Excel/Word 
• Co-ordinating the audits and resolving audit queries
• Submitting GFSC and Stock Exchange notifications 
• Reviewing work completed by junior members of the team

For this role, you will be required to have a relevant qualification together with knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/UK GAAP) and Guernsey company law. In addition, experience in preparing accounts in funds or a financial services environment is required, along with good Excel and IT skills.
