Do you have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail? A provider of trust and fund services is seeking a Fund Accountant to join their team.
Key responsibilities:
- Planning and preparation of financial reports for a portfolio of fund ensuring all deadlines are met
- Ensuring that current accounting standards and best practice principles are applied to the accounts production
- Developing and maintaining the policies and procedures
- Attending client/board meetings to discuss accounting matters
- Liaising with clients and others to agree timetables for accounts production
- Providing guidance and support to the administration teams, regarding calls, distributions and investor queries
Strong accounting and technical knowledge with advanced Excel/IT skills is crucial. In addition, good presentation skills are required along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
