Client Accountant

Do you hold an accounting qualification and have experience in funds? A multi-jurisdiction specialist provider of funds and trust services is seeking a Client Accountant to join their team.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervising and reviewing the production of periodic management accounts, reports, and other reporting requirements 
• Liaising with clients and attending board meetings
• Providing advice and assistance to staff on accounting and bookkeeping issues
• Preparing financial statements in accordance with reporting requirements
• Preparing and reviewing regulatory capital monitoring calculations

For this role, experience in staff supervision is required, with the ability to provide guidance on accounting matters to junior staff. In addition, a strong working knowledge of the regulatory environment is needed, along with excellent communication and organisational skills.
