Receptionist

Are you organised and looking for a temporary role? Our client is seeking a Receptionist for a short term contract.

Key Duties:

  • Meeting visitors at reception
  • Answering and transferring telephone calls
  • Setting up and clearing of meeting rooms e.g. providing coffee, and water, etc.
  • Assisting with booking, amending, and cancelling meeting rooms
  • Preparing outgoing post and Courier deliveries

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enjoy meeting people and have a welcoming nature. Training will be provided for this role if necessary!
