Customer Services Representative

A large shipping company in Guernsey is looking for a Customer Services Representative to join their team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for collecting and correctly inputting all customer data that is required by the business including dealing with customers and providing an effective customer service.

The chosen candidate will provide a high standard of customer service to retain and develop existing customers.
